Adam is a licensed Physiotherapist and member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. He graduated in 1995 and has worked in Melbourne, Sydney, U.S.A and the U.K. Adam’s services are recognized by all private health insurance companies - rebates apply.
Adam specializes in the treatment of postural ailments, musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries. He has worked with circus arts performers sporting teams and Moomba Masters water skiers. Adam has been commended for his unique healing touch. He is also trained in clinical Pilates and teaches using the reformer, other Pilates equipment and with floor based exercises.
Adam also practices other body/mind related traditions such as Yoga, Meditation and Shaolin. Adam is a qualified Yoga instructor and a certified Zero Balancing practitioner (Click here to read more about yoga). He also uses acupuncture and offers a unique, holistic approach to health and well being.

Debbie qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996, since then she has worked in South Africa, London and Australia. She has worked in both hospital, private practice and an Art and Drama school.
Hence she has had a broad base of experience treating people with acute medical and surgical problems as well as people with a variety of musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries.
In 2001 Debbie developed an interest in Clinical Pilates as a rehabilitation tool for into her clients. She has continued her post graduate education to develop her knowledge and skills in Women’s Health issues such as pre- and post- natal problems and Osteoporosis. Debbie has a special interest in cancer rehabilitation and is a certified PINC and STEEL cancer rehabilitation therapist.

Michelle studied Kinesiology with a focus in Athletic Training at Penn State University, giving her unique experience in sports medicine, injury prevention, and exercise-based rehabilitation. After completing her Kinesiology degree, she worked at a private practice in New York City and treated a wide range of injuries and conditions. To further her education and career, she moved to Australia in 2015 to earn her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Melbourne.
Michelle shows a strong interest in functional exercise rehabilitation, and believes a combination of manual therapy and movement is the key to achieving long-lasting and meaningful outcomes. Her comprehensive, total body approach targets not just the painful areas, but also addresses the contributing factors to a condition or issue.
She is very passionate about providing holistic care and empowering people to improve their wellbeing and meet their individual health and fitness goals.
